| Chuck was licensed as a realtor and auctioneer in the mid 1980’s. A resident of Fulton County for many years, Chuck offers experience to assist you with your real estate needs. Chuck’s interests include tennis and his prize winning 1953 Chevrolet truck. |
| Principal Broker and owner of Manitou Realty and Auction, Chuck is a lifetime resident of Rochester. He holds an Indiana Real Estate Broker’s license, Indiana Licensed Real Estate Appraiser designation, and an Indiana Auctioneer’s License. Chuck and his wife, Tracy, a pharmacy technician at Webb’s, are the parents of one daughter, Charlie. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and attending Charlie’s activities. |
| John is a licensed auctioneer and real estate agent specializing in commercial real estate. He is a Rochester native with over 30 years of experience in industry. John and his wife, Sue, live on Lake Manitou. His daughter, Tracy, is an attorney in Indianapolis. As time permits, John enjoys fishing and hunting. |
| John Garrett, CPPA, CAGA |
After graduation from Purdue in 1975, John spent 7 years playing professional basketball in Europe. He returned to own and operate Garrett’s Sports Saloon in Mentone for 20 years. In 2003 he earned licenses in real estate, auctioneering, and personal property appraising and joined the staff of Manitou Realty and Auction. John has lived on Lake Manitou since 1976. His wife, Kay, is a teacher at Tippecanoe Valley. Leisure time finds him hunting and fishing. |
| Don Fisher | Don is a native of Fulton County and spent many of the earlier years in the farming industry. After that period, Don started a career in real estate and originated Manitou Realty, Inc. in 1976 and has served Fulton County and surrounding areas for many years. Don resides on the west shore of beautiful Lake Manitou. Let Don's many years of experience work for you. |
| Ken Gentry | Ken and his wife, Anna Belle, have resided in Rochester since the early 1960’s. He has spent most of his working life in the sales field. At Manitou Realty and Auction, Ken is a licensed real estate agent. |
Teresa Houser, GPPA |
Teresa graduated from Manchester College and Ball State University and spent 30 plus years employed as a school social worker. She became interested in the auction and appraisal business after working with local attorneys as executrix on several estates. Teresa has lived in Rochester since 1979. Outside interests include creating with her scroll saw and furniture refinishing. |
Darlene Drudge |
Darlene joined Manitou Realty & Auction in 2008 as a sales associate. She resides in Akron with her husband, Charles. She is a member of the Olive Branch Church of God. Past times include home decorating, gardening, and her grandchildren. |
Carol Pocock |
Carol, wife to Chuck Sr., has earned her broker’s license and Indiana Licensed Real Estate Appraiser designation. Carol and Chuck are members of the Grace United Methodist Church and enjoy spending time with their 5 children and 12 grandchildren. |
